Appetiser

A salad of basil infused jellied cherry tomatoes with a smoked salmon and anchovy cream roulade with a caper and dill mayonnaise and a watercress oil

 Lobster and mussel beignets with micro asparagus and crunchy julienne of leeks with a hollandaise sauce

Intermediate

Mojito flavoured sorbet made with fresh mint leaves and freshly squeezed limes

Entree

28 day aged Fillet steak with a parfait of foie gras and girolle mushrooms with a puy lentil and baby onion jus served with a carrot and swede pie

 Dressed crab served with a creamy caper berry, smoked salmon and shrimp risotto served with a red amaranth and pea shoot salad

Desserts

Trio of desserts, Crème Brulee with a blueberry shortbread biscuit, minted chocolate mousse, lemon and strawberry cheesecake served with a dessert wine jelly

 Cheese & Biscuits

A selection of locally sourced cheeses with red onion marmalade, celery sticks, cheese thins and a nip of Port
