Call into the Residence at any time and speak to the duty manager who will be happy to sort your gift out for you. All gift cards are presented in their own wallet for presentation purposes.

Residence Gift Cards are issued as a gift or incentive only. 
Residence Gift Cards do not guarantee entrance.
Gift Cards may be used to purchase food and drink within the Residence only. 
Gift Card has no value unless activated. Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash and no change can be given. 
When you make a purchase with your Gift Card, your will be notified of your remaining balance. 
Please safeguard your Gift Card. The bearer is responsible for its loss or theft. No refunds are available if your gift card is lost or stolen.
Cards expire 1 year from date of last value added. To check the expiration date or balance of your Gift Card ask a member of staff in-house.
