Christmas is upon us again and we are proud to present our seasonal menu's and opening times for the festive period. You can have a choice of Lunch, Dinner or our Party Night Carvery upstairs in our function suite, all complimented with superb decorations, mulled wine and Christmas spirit. You can be sure that you are making the right choice at the award winning Residence.

STARTERS
Homemade Italian garden tomato soup made with fresh tomatoes and scented with oregano and basil (v)
Homemade duck liver pate scented with orange and peppercorns served with toasted brioche
Sliced smoked salmon with a new potato and spring onion salad with a lemon and dill dressing
*Guinness and stilton portabello mushrooms on toasted granary bread (v)
MAINS
Roast Cheshire turkey with all the trimmings and buttered seasonal vegetables
Fillet of sea bream served with crushed new potatoes with bacon and thyme
Sweet potato, carrot and swede curry with coconut milk, garlic and coriander rice and a chilli and cranberry chutney (v)
*Braised lamb shank on bubble and squeak with braised red cabbage with apple and raisins
DESSERTS
Christmas pudding served with brandy sauce
Chocolate brownie with white chocolate chunks served with vanilla pod ice cream
Citrus lemon and raspberry tart served with a sweet raspberry coulis
