Head Chef, Matthew Piggot was briefed to develop an extensive, innovative menu centred around eclectic international fayre with a focus on comfort foods. Fine quality fresh home cooking with a focus on local produce and carefully crafted beverages are combined together in lavish surroundings to create an ambient drinking, lounging and dining experience.
