Head Chef, Paul Mercandelli was briefed to develop an extensive, innovative menu centred around eclectic international fayre with a focus on comfort foods. Fine quality fresh home cooking with a focus on local produce and carefully crafted beverages are combined together in lavish surroundings to create an ambient drinking, lounging and dining experience.

At Residence we will only ever serve you food we would be happy to be served ourselves.

We buy seasonal & local produce wherever possible. Our fish is fresh & caught only from the shores of the UK & all our meats are also British.

Sourcing the best quality fresh ingredients from ethical producers can cost us more, but we know that if we can trust our suppliers, then you can trust us.

At the Residence we have a passion for making and serving the best drinks, using the finest ingredients. Our list reflects an extensive, eclectic array of styles, don’t let this put you off experimenting, our staff are always happy to create your drink, your way!

We have put together a collection of fine spirits and liqueurs and blended these with the highest quality mixing ingredients that have all passed our daily taste test for freshness.
