Three Sittings: Restaurant - Arrival 12 noon for 12:30 sit down.

Function Room: Arrival 2pm for 2.30pm sit down

 Restaurant: Arrival 3.30pm for 4pm sit down


Roasted Tomato Soup - truffle oil, aged balsamic, rustic bread (v)

King prawn, lobster tail, avocado cocktail - spiced Marie-Rose, tempura samphire

Duck liver and port parfait -  rolled in crushed crackling, date chutney, toasted breads 

Baked wild mushroom - vintage cheddar, toasted sour dough, chestnut crumb (v)


Roast Cheshire Turkey - chestnut stuffing, bacon chipolatas, carrot & swede mash, sprouts, roast potatoes, gravy

Roast Sirloin of Beef - goose-fat roasties, Yorkshire pudding, red cabbage, sprouts, honey roast carrots, port gravy

 Lamb Rump - dauphinoise potato, minted carrots & peas, rosemary infused gravy

Chargrilled halibut - pea saffron, spinach risotto, mussel, and champagne cream

Sweet potato nut roast - Smokey passata sauce, seasonal vegetables and glazed carrots


Christmas pudding -  with brandy sauce

Tiramisu - with whipped brandy cream

Double Chocolate & Walnut Brownie -  with Vanilla pod ice-cream

Trio of Local Cheeses -  crackers, celery, chutney.
