After such a great day out in July last year the Residence are happy to announce our 3rd Chester race day. If you haven't already been to the races this year, now's your chance. If you have, you'll know what a great day out you're in for! The fashion stakes are high, the racing thrilling and the atmosphere electric and of course being hosted by your favourite ‘Third Place' the Residence.

August 2010 - At the Residence we have a passion for making and serving the best drinks, using the finest ingredients. Our list reflects an extensive, eclectic array of styles, don’t let this put you off experimenting, our staff are always happy to create your drink, your way!

This year we have extended our beer range to include some superb new world beers as well as representation from our local mirco-brewery in Nantwich.

We are proud to present our new Summer menu which is now available.

We have sourced some fantastic new local produce including Asparagus from Cherry Orchard Farm Delamere and all our meats are from within 30 miles of Nantwich.
